Your satisfaction is paramount to RIGID, which is why we give you 30 Days from the date of purchase to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. 

Note: Custom, special order, sale, or discontinued items that are listed otherwise on our website are final sale, no returns.

If something isn’t working quite right or you can’t figure out installation, please reach out to our Customer Support team before initiating a return. Many issues can be resolved quickly with a few simple adjustments, and we’re always happy to help!

Order Cancellations

Once an online order has been placed, orders cannot be canceled unless approved by RIGID Customer Service. If approved, a cancellation fee may apply to cover processing costs and lost profits.

Note: Custom, special order, sale, or discontinued items cannot be canceled.

Returns

Items must be returned in new and unused condition within 30 days of the date of purchase and returned in their original packaging.

A restocking fee of 5% to 15% may apply, depending on the item and reason for return.

Note: Custom, special order, sale, or discontinued items cannot be returned, unless items are defective.

Inspecting Your Order

Please inspect your items within 10 business days of delivery of your goods.

If you receive a Nonconforming Item, notify us in writing within this inspection period.

“Nonconforming Items” include:

  • Wrong part number
  • Incorrect packaging or labeling
  • Visible defects

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your return is approved by RIGID Customer Service due to a defect or error, we will either replace the item, issue a refund, or issue store credit at our discretion.
