This year’s 2025 SEMA event was a milestone moment for RIGID Industries. From debuting our bold new brand identity to unveiling one of our most advanced lighting technology ever, and showcasing one of the wildest G-Wagon builds at the show, our team arrived in Las Vegas ready to make an impact. And thanks to the incredible support from the RIGID Nation, we did exactly that.
Whether you were able to stop by or you’re catching up from home, here’s an inside tour of what made RIGID’s 2025 booth one of our most important and talked about displays yet.
A Fresh Look: RIGID’s New Branding Makes Its Debut
SEMA was the perfect stage to introduce the next chapter of the RIGID identity
Our booth featured a 20-foot product display wall, showcasing our expanded lineup in a clean, modern, high-contrast presentation. Above it all, our new logo lockup and lifestyle visuals brought an energy that reflects who we are today, a brand built on adventure, innovation, and the off-road community that has inspired us since day one.
RIGID has always been more than a product line It’s a lifestyle. A story. A statement. The large-format photography featured throughout the booth captured our team and the RIGID Nation out where we feel at home: on dirt, in the mountains, in the desert, and under the stars. It was a reminder of why we build what we build and who we build it for.
The Adrenalin × RIGID G-Wagon: A Show-Stopping Collaboration
Of course, no RIGID booth is complete without a vehicle that stops people in their tracks. This year, we partnered with our longtime friends at Adrenalin Industries to bring something truly unforgettable.
Adrenalin, known for their high-end expedition trucks and one-off masterpieces, transformed a 2017 G-Wagon 4x4² into a stretched and chopped utility-bed monster that looked perfectly at home on the SEMA floor.
What made this G-Wagon so wild:
- 36 inch longer wheelbase accommodate Adrenalin’s modular utility bed
- A 6-inch cab extension, finally giving the G-Wagon’s rear seats some legroom
- Factory portal axles, keeping the 4x4² DNA and capability
- RIGID lights on every corner and in every compartment
- New RIGID Phoenix series lights plastering the front end
- Upgraded REDARC battery and electrical system
- Eurowise bumper and light brackets
- Built with the confidence to conquer Moab
- Wrapped in a unique mountain-scape graphic, designed to live outside of any current design trends in the industry

Lighting the Way Forward: Introducing Phoenix and Phoenix XL
The G-Wagon was more than just a statement piece, it was the perfect platform to showcase the world premiere of Phoenix; our all-new product line designed for every scenario the trail can throw at you.
Phoenix is the most versatile light RIGID has ever built.
Each pod combines both cool white and amber LED diodes in every optic cavity, allowing instant switching from crisp white to Amber PRO at the press of a button. But that’s just the beginning.

- 5 variable color temperature modes: blend white and amber to create the exact color temperature you prefer.
- 3 selectable power levels: manage power consumption to work for your specific build.
- Record-breaking raw lumen output in both Phoenix and Phoenix XL sizes.

- Choose between a pod configuration or a fully connectable Phoenix light bar (Phoenix Connect).
Mounted across the Adrenalin G-Wagon, the Phoenix family demonstrated exactly what it was built for: adaptability, power, visibility, and control in any environment.
