OPERATION
LED Flashing Rapidly
Your system is over charging.
LED OFF
Charging system is operating normally.
LED Flashing Slowly
The battery is not being fully charged.
LED on but NOT Flashing
The battery is being severly undercharged.
Battery Status(Engine Off, Key On.)
Monitors the battery voltage

INSTALLATION
CONNECTIONS
Connect the red wire to any circuit on the vehicle that has power when the ignition switch is on. Connect the black wire to chassis ground or any grounded circuit. Two different styles of crimp connectors are supplied. Use whichever is appropriate.
LED INSTALLATION
Choose a location for the LED that will be visable from the driving position. Drill a 1/4" hole. Insert the LED socket into the hole. Place the socket retaining ring over the LED. Insert the LED into the socket from the other side. Slide the clampling ring around the socket.
CIRCUIT BOARD
The circuit board can be attached to an existing wire harness or any convienient support with the supplied cable ties. |
